Poor Staff ( Hardly can speak English ) Poor Housekeeping where I had to call up nearly 3 times , for 2 towels and then also he comes with an empty hand and says that why you need towel >?????

1) Location is very good, not too far from the Central Business District 2) Price is very economical 3) Staff is very courteous and Helpfull 4) The Hotel is very clean and well maintained 5) The restaurent is also very good and reasonablt priced. 6) There is coffee/Tea making facility in the room which was very helpfull 7) Overall good value for money
You do not get Airport Pick-up facility if you are booking through any website. After making your booking, contact the Hotel directly if you need Hotel pick-up. This is highly recommended because you will be hassled by touts in the Banglore International Airport and you do not want that experience to sour your Banglore trip. The Hotel arranged pick-up will be slightly more expensive than the regular taxi, still worth it.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy, just as expected. The staff, especially Ms. Aisha at the front office, was polite and helpful, making the check-out process hassle-free. The hotel's location is also very convenient, centrally located near shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
